Interesting and inspiring – delegates reflect on Treasury 360° Nordic 2025

As Treasury 360° Nordic 2025 came to a close, delegates took the chance to reflect on the lessons learnt, trends spotted, and how it all applies to their work. We spoke to a few about their experiences at this year's event.

Returning delegate, Kristian Frandsen of Terma felt that the event was better this year “The topics are more related to what’s going on in the world right now, so it’s more relevant and interesting.” He was in agreement with his colleague, Simon Sergiu, that the session titled “Inside Carlsberg’s £3.3 billion Britvic acquisition” was a good one. “How they prepared their banks beforehand so then they could act very fast once the acquisition announcement was made public, that was very relevant,” said Sergiu, “Also how they structured their bond portfolio, and their step-by-step presentation of the whole process – I think it was very helpful.”

Edgaras Kabecus, Vinted

Edgaras Kabecus, Treasury Manager at Vinted, was a fan of keynote speeches and panel discussions – the latter, for their tendency to go in-depth into topics. He highlighted the session titled “Managing geographies across Europe with just one EUR account” with A.P. Moller – Maersk as one that struck a chord. Overall, he found the event to be great for inspiration – “You are going back to your company with new ideas” – but would like to see more sessions on using artificial intelligence (AI) in practical scenarios. “Everyone is, at the moment, thinking about how they can use AI in their daily tasks.”
