In early 2018, Analyste was acquired by the leading Nordic investment company Verdane. Under the new ownership, our growth strategy has been to focus not only to solidify our leadership position in the home market Finland, but also to invest significantly into international growth – in particular in the Nordics, UK&I and Central Europe.
Swedish municipalities start using Analyste’s solutions
An excellent example of the successful strategy execution is the recent contract signed between Analyste and Kommuninvest – an organization providingfinancing as well as related services to 95 percent of the Swedish municipalities and local governments. Kommuninvest will supply its clients, through its own solution portal, a Liquidity and Investment Module using Analyste’s CashForecast and Banking SaaS solutions.
Our solutions are already the de-facto standard for the Finnish public sector, either directly or via partners, including Palkeet (the Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR). The recent addition of Kommuninvest positions Analyste as a strong contender for the leadership position in cash management across the Nordic public sector.
