“We managed to keep our stores open”
Serving 100.000 customers every day, across 400 stores, is usually a good thing. In this 9-minute video session, released today, Stark Group’s Head of Treasury Kasper Christensen reveals how his corporation has coped with this year’s covid-19 challenge.

“We delegated a lot of responsibility to the front line, to let them manage it within the guidelines that we set.”
A top worry was that a total lockdown situation would close the stores.
“So early on, through our different confederations of industry, we engaged with governments trying to explain the role that we play in society and why we saw ourselves as critical. We managed to keep the stores open and that was a first important step,” says Kasper Christensen, in the video.
