How European investors reach for Oslo’s bonds

Bodil Cathrine Østby is head of fixed income, and Eirik Høiby Ausland head of the primary markets in the Nordics.

Euronext’s infrastructure is pan-European, and the group lists over 48,000 bonds. For historical reasons, the average debt trade in Oslo – €5.3 million – is five times larger than the average trade size on the continent. Oslo Børs enjoys a strong position in the national landscape, with key Nordic banks reporting their institutional trades.
