Jelena Tararyko, ex-EuroFinance head of programming, to lead Treasury 360° brand

With the four-fold growth of the Treasury 360° Nordic conference since 2022 – and the upcoming addition of a Europe edition to premier in Luxembourg in September 2026 – the organisation behind the event has recruited seven-year EuroFinance programming chief Jelena Tararyko as brand director.

Deepening the community connections, and reinforcing the relevance and delegate experience of the Treasury 360° conferences, will be at the core of Jelena Tararyko’s new role with Financial Media Group 360 AB – the Sweden-based company behind Treasury 360° and its sister brand PostTrade 360°. Yet, her job does not stop there. Developing the growing number of partnerships with Europe’s treasurer associations and media outlets will be on her agenda, too. And then, event sponsors will meet her in connection with the event planning. In all, her role sums up to fully managing the Treasury 360° brand. Still, from her own point of view, nothing beats the community dimension.

More fun

“To me, the personal connection-making is just natural. There are so many people I have helped find each other,” says Jelena Tararyko. “I’ll step up to people saying ‘come with me’ … putting the right people together.” With that, she is excited to work with the next level of openness, generosity, transparency – and pure fun – that has spelt the success of the compact one-day Treasury 360° event format in the Nordics. The Treasury 360° Nordic conference was established in 2022, as a merger between previously yearly Treasury 360° events in each of four Nordic capitals (Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo).

Financial Media Group 360° CEO and co-founder Daniele Truini, who himself has played the event programmer role until now, is naturally delighted with the key recruitment. With her experience of producing treasurer events across Europe (and even extensively in the US), Jelena Tararyko comes ready not only for the rapid current expansion, but also for any move that could be next.

“Jelena’s connection with the treasurer community is amazing, and to get that in combination with the solid hands-on event organizer experience is unique. This is an unbelievable match with what we need, and she joins us with unbelievable timing in relation to our expansion,” says Daniele Truini.

13 years with EuroFinance

While Jelena Tararyko will play a central role in relation to sponsors around the event productions, reporting to Truini, the commercial client relations as such stay in the hands of the company’s other co-founder Kim Ersson.

Jelena Tararyko joined the team in Stockholm on Monday 22 September. She has previously lived around nine years in Sweden, including through her university studies, but she will begin her new role working most of the time remotely from Vilnius, in Lithuania, where she is from. Her CV is dominated by her work for EuroFinance, the business for which she started selling delegate tickets and training courses in 2012. She gradually advanced from there, moving to London in 2015 and reaching the position as head of programming in 2018 – a position that she held until leaving the organisation as recently as June this year.

Treasury 360° Nordic 2026 runs in Gothenburg on 23 April. Treasury 360° Europe 2026 debuts in Luxembourg on 24 September, with collaboration partners including TMI, the European Association of Corporate Treasurers and many national treasurer associations. As per September 2025, the events respectively had around 300 and 90 treasurers already registered. Immediately on registration and admission, delegates can all see and communicate with each other on the event registration platform.
