This is what is in the treasurer association partnership for Treasury 360° Europe 2026

This definition was crafted for Treasury 360° Europe 2026. It may or may not be current for a later event. (The content should be the same as in the contracts; if there is a discrepancy, the contract text obviously takes precedence.)

FMG 360 will arrange an annual treasury event in continental Europe (“Event”) providing topical solutions and strategic insights targeted for senior treasury audience. For the sake of clarity, this Event does not refer to any other Event or Events organized by FMG 360 in the Nordic countries, or outside Europe. FMG 360 will offer the following services to the Association:

• Guaranteed ten (10) conference tickets including invitation to closing dinner that the Association can provide to their members (only valid to corporate treasurers);
• Guaranteed two (2) free hotel nights per participant (maximum 20 free hotel nights if all 10 free tickets are utilized);
• A space in a special area for all National Treasury Associations in the main expo, providing extra visibility to all associations endorsing the conference;
• Logo visibility on the official event website and all other promotions relating to this event by FMG 360;
• A private meeting room for the Association to be used during the conference.

Association will supply services (“Services”) as follows:

• Market the Event and provide relevant information and details around the event to their members in their regular communication channels;
• Share logo in PNG and PDF or .eps in CMYK colors with FMG 360.

 

The services shall be rendered in the period starting on the Effective Date and ending on the End Date (the “Service Period”).

This is a voluntary collaboration between the Parties as individual companies and not a joint company, joint venture or other legal entity, and each Party shall continue to bear responsibility for each Party’s own business and may not legally commit or bind the other Party without further agreement.

Neither Party may transfer this Agreement nor related rights or obligations to a third party without the prior written permission from the other Party.
